Build your SWMS
Projects One Safety Online – Helping you take your safety out of the office and put it back on the worksite where it belongs. Build your SWMS using our step-by-step process, this can easily be done onsite where you can see the hazards in just a couple of minutes!
- Talk to your staff as you create the SWMS as part of a toolbox meeting before you start your high risk activity. Consultation is an important part of any safety system.
- As you build your SWMS it will prompt you through a selection of questions and drop-down boxes to search for more hazards, or which control measures to put in place.
- Reviewing your SWMS is essential! As you get ready for your day, ask yourself, what is different about today?
Is something different, such as a new procedure or equipment, or have you swapped out the trestle and planks for a scissor lift? It is time to have a look at the control measures you have in place and make adjustments. Reviewing your SWMS is easy using the mobile application. - All project members have access to the SWMS when and where they need it on the mobile application
- If you choose, your customer/principal contractor can login and see your SWMS, and any reviews as things change

Equipment Pre-Starts
- Pre-starts are designed to be completed without back tracking. Start your prestart at the front of the vehicle, check the engine and fluid, then move to the passenger side of the vehicle and across the back checking toolboxes, ladder racks, trailer and tiedowns. Once the outside is completed hop in the cab and complete the checklist.
- Keeping your fleet safe and reliable can be a big job. By making a prestart mandatory it allows your staff to tell you when there is an issue with equipment as soon as they notice, or at the very least the next day before that vehicle leaves the yard.
Easy step by step process, no set up required
Pre-starts are emailed automatically to the main account holder
Photos can be taken at each step
Odometer or Hour meter is required on each pre-start to make it easier to schedule servicing
